Remember this when purchasing from us...
We do our best to sex dragons but we do not guarantee sex.
We do not hold dragons without full payment. NO EXCEPTIONS ANYMORE! I’m sorry due to this never working out we just no longer do it.
We ship Mon-Wed only. FedEx Priority Overnight.
We do not refund dragons for any reason. If something happens due to our negligence or is our fault then we will replace the dragon with a dragon of equal value. This includes paid dragons being held due to weather. If it’s paid it’s yours. No refunds. No buyers remorse or needing money for something else. We have been burned to many times. It takes space, time and money to hold paid babies. We do so at our expense. We don’t like to make it a habit of losing money for no reason.
We offer a health guarantee but only if we get our customer guarantee also. We are happy to elaborate on this just call or message us. We guarantee healthy animals but we can’t guarantee your level of care. We will only guarantee a dragon if you can guarantee proper husbandry.
These are pets and not toys. They are not for children to “play” with. They are living animals and need to be treated as such. They make wonderful children’s pets and are puppy like in temperament but NOT toys. Please remember this.
We expect you to do your homework prior to contacting us to purchase a dragon.
Please do not ask how to take care of one. This is your responsibility to research. We will answer any and all specific questions and will do so for the life of your dragon but please know the basic care before contacting us. It’s a lot of explaining to do and one conversation or email is not going to do it. Please google and study. Tons of FB pages and message boards to join. Lots of bad information and it can get confusing so we are here to help but we can’t do it all for you. Educate yourself it’s the best thing you can do for your new baby. It can be overwhelming and confusing so we are happy to help at any time. We can send links to wonderful care sheets and specific boards to join to get your started in the right direction. We often help people pick out everything for their new baby dragon but we do expect a new owner to be willing to read and learn.
Know in advance that glass tanks will stress babies the most. Please cover the INSIDE of 3 walls with paper and only allow the dragons to see out the front. The hundreds of glares and reflections of 4 glass walls is overwhelming and stressful to a baby and will cause a longer relocation stress time. We do not use glass tanks and our babies are not use to it. It’s an easy fix and we can explain more about this.
We love our babies and our customers and we are here 24/7. We have become quite close to a huge amount of our customers that we now consider friends. We want and expect the best for our babies once they leave our care. We’ve had to many people who do not do their research and the babies don’t acclimate like they should and start to go downhill. Dragons are super hardy so if it’s not settling in chances are husbandry needs to be tweaked some way and we can help you figure out what’s going on. Babies are good at being stressed and also stressing their new owners. We are here to help😁
